NCLT accepts Delhivery39s plea against Go First39s insolvency filing

The NCLT has accepted Delhivery's notice seeking declaration of Go First's voluntary insolvency resolution as "fraudulent and malicious". As per Delhivery, Go First accepted ₹57 lakh on May 2 from Delhivery as advance for future services, knowing "fully well" it was filing for insolvency that day. The NCLT has given Go First's interim resolution professional two weeks to reply.
