The first joint meeting of the Opposition parties, which was scheduled for June 12 in Patna, was postponed and is likely to be held on June 23, said reports quoting sources. The meeting was reportedly postponed as the date was not convenient for the DMK as well as the CPI(M) and also due to the unavailability of top Congress leaders.
