India39s services PMI declines to 61.2 in May from 62 in April

India's service sector's Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) stood at 61.2 in May, S&P Global's data showed on Monday. Although it's lower than 62 in April, May's figure is the second-highest since June 2010. "The PMI data for May stand as a compelling testament to prevailing demand resilience, impressive output growth and job creation within India," an S&P Global executive said.
