Oracle lays off hundreds revokes job offers in health arm Report

Oracle has laid off hundreds of employees, rescinded job offers and cut back open positions within its health unit, Insider reported. Oracle's health unit includes electronic medical records firm Cerner, which it acquired for $28.3 billion last year. The development comes after the US Veterans Affairs Department put a $16-billion contract for Cerner's electronic health records system under review.
